Just purchased a 2007 Hemi quad cab 2wd, truck has 30K actual miles and appears as pristine as any sitting in a showroom, I have never owned a Dodge and have been impressed with it at least till the other evening, Wife drove it to the store and it lost power en route and wouldn't attempt to crank, all lights and functions operational, battery is relatively new...5 mos I believe, took cables loose from battery as described in online searches and nothing changed, had flatbedded home and so far have had battery tested and they said it was fine, cables are new looking and no corrosion is evident, have reset the IOD and still nothing, no change , it will not crank, I can hear the fuel pump, and none of the other fuses seem blown... so any thoughts on where I go from here?...

You may have an issue with your injectors. What happens when you turn your key. Nothing at all?!

just for ***** and giggles, can you try a different key fob? Maybe the anti-theft system has lost it's mind, though I'm not sure the fuel pump would come on in that case.

I have tried them both, I have reset that IOD fuse as well...basically everything works except it will not engage the starter...I haven't lost any functions whatsoever in regard to the key fob...just quit while driving and now won't engage the starter.

Some dealers install a gps locator /disabler that will prevent you from driving the car in the event you don't pay your bill. A buddy of mine had similar issues and we checked every possibility for days and he had it towed back to the dealer for them to take a look and they called him 2hrs later to come get it. One of the wires came loose and disabled the car

It turned out to be a simple fuse, I couldn't even tell it was blown...changed and now all is well again. Thank you for the responses.

Thanks for posting the resolution, all too often people don't post the solution and we have no idea what fixed it (someone else may have the same problem).
