need help finding a part number

I tore out the inner front fender on truck playing in the mud the other day and was wondering if anyone had any insight on where to get one other than the dealer.

Do you need a fender or the inner plastic liner ? What side ? Its probably a dealer part unless you find something at a junkyard.

Its the passenger side and i should have posted this in the original post but year model is an 09. Its just the plastic wheel liner.
