Need help finding what the part is

I had a tire blow out on my front passanger side which resulted in the wheel liner being ripped off. This computer thing is now hanging above wheel. What is it?

That is just an electrical connector, not a computer module. Nothing to be worried about as long as it doesn't get caught in the tire. It should be weatherproof so no worries there.
