Is there a way to remove the front and rear ram emblems w/o messing up the foam/rubber "gasket" I guess you could call it, to put it back on? Or do I just have to buy a new one to paint it?

The front is held on by clips, just reach behind the grille and life up on the two clips and it should pop right off. The back one is held on by double sided tape so you'll have to use the same method as debadging.

I've got the debadging part down, but as for getting the rear emblem back on....... Do I need to buy a certain double sided tape? Or should the dealership have some?

3m moulding tape, grey with a red backing, is going to be what you want to keep it on the truck through anything.
