User CP then signature, i think you have to save the picture to your computer

right click and save as. Create an account on some kind of image hosting site like photobucket and upload it there. then click on the picture where you uploaded it, and copy the IMG code they give you. Then go to the User CP on here and click edit signature and just paste that code into the box.
