Need some help!!

Just had a 4” front/2”rear lift put on and the shop is saying 35-12.5-20s A/T wont work on factory rims! Anyone have any ideas on what tires to go with if this is true? Thanks for any help you all can provide.. just don’t want to spend 2k and have them not workout.

Those size tires are rated for 8.5"-11" wide rims. The factory 20" rims come in both 8" & 9" wide.
These are the two that are 8":

There's another set of factory 20s that were 8" wide but those only came on the HFE edition truck
All the other 20" rims are 9", have the shop measure the rim, but it needs to be taken inside the rim bead.
