Well I’m going to be back in a wagon soon. Couldn’t handle the Ford. Super clean. 25 thousand miles.

SWEET!

The underside is WAY cleaner than my ‘18!

Good luck with it! I’m assuming some upgrades are in the near future ?!?!

I'll have to see what I want to do to this one. Looks like the previous owner cut the resonator out so I'll have to see how the exhaust sounds. Might to have to toss a bola setup back on it. Not sure what I'm going to do with the suspension. If I go Thuren this go around I'm debating whether I should do the 1.5 or the 1/2 inch setup. I'm going to forgo fox this go around and do their Bilstein setup instead I think. I wasn't overly impressed with the Fox. But we'll see. It's going to lose the stupid mud flaps that are on it and I'll toss AEV ones on there. I'll need to get the PIN and adjust for the new tire size. If the previous owner hasn't messed with lighting at all it''ll get HID low beams and LED fogs. Any suggestions for kits would be appreciated. I used to have a lighting guy in Canada but they closed their business. I think that'll be it. Oh I'll get a black third brake cargo camera. Not sure if I'll hook it up or not but I just like the light. Wish this one had it.

Nice power wagon. Pretty clean for a 2017. Don’t think you could go wrong with either one. I ran the 5100’s on my last truck and now have the Thuren fox 2.0’s on my power wagon. They were both an upgrade over stock but nothing really set them apart from each other. The Thuren front springs are the biggest difference.

those drag links have gotten expensive too. Yeah I wasn’t a fan of the 8 speed I had. It downshifted terribly.

Your literally the first person I've *ever* heard who preferred the 6 speed in the 2500.

I think the 8 is just fine but I didn't care for how fast it shifted out of first and as I said earlier the downshift on mine was terrible. I don't think it's overly common although there is a thread or two out there on it. I don't think the 6 speed a wonderful transmission by any means though. My old man already had to put clutch packs in his at 70 thousand miles.

For those that have done the Thuren front end upgrade did those of you who did the 1/2 inch regret not going 1.5? I know I did on my 18 but I'm going to have to see how this one sits first. I think I might do the 1.5 this time.

You regretted it on the first one, why wouldn't you on the second one ?
