Ok so I bought a new 2019 2500 with the Cummings. 54 miles check engine light comes on take it back to the dealer (Victorville motors Dodge/Ram) they have the truck for 3 days they put a new EGR valve in it. I drive the truck for the weekend and a few days to work and it come on again at 370 miles again they have the truck for 3 days I miss 2 days of my vacation (camping at mission bay) I pick the truck up and what has been told to me is Ram is working on a software update and it’s waiting on EPA approval that this is know problem with the 2019 at high elevations. They shut the light off and said it’s ok to drive that no damage is being caused. The light has since come on again for a total of 4 time in 1000 miles. I live at 6000 feet in Southern California is anyone else dealing with this issue?
