Disregard - 12 pin is for surround camera system. Just picked up the truck today. It has a 7 pin connector and a 12 pin connector (same as in the bed) on the bumper, but no 4 pin connector anywhere. I’ve seen you tube videos with the same setup, but don’t have a clue why you would want a 5th wheel connector on the bumper. Any thoughts? Is this normal?

If you return to this forum - a couple of pieces of information. Your truck is a 5th generation, this is a 3rd gen forum. The 7 pin connector works not only on 5th wheel trailers but also on bumper pull trailers with brakes like a typical toy hauler or larger utility trailer. Generally 5th wheel trailer owners have the connector put somewhere in the truck bed rather than use the bumper connector, but I guess they could. Welcome to the forum hope you enjoy your new truck.
