Hello.

So I picked up my 3500 Limited on Friday. When I plugged in my trailer, I have lights. It worked that day on my 2021 2500 fine. Fuses are good. I have brakes and the electric jack works. I plugged my truck into someone's trailer, everything worked fine. I had someone with a GMC Denali plug into my trailer, everything worked for them. The pins/connections are clean, I greased them with dielectric grease and still nothing. Any ideas?

I'm getting the plug changed out tomorrow. I've never had issues with ram trucks and the 7 pin connector like I did with many Fords.

Check the plug that goes into the back of the 7 pin on the bumper.
I've read of one other person who's 7 pin jack in the bumper was bad, can't remember if it was a HD or 1500 though.
If the trailer plug is used a lot or is several years old it might be worth changing it.
