First mod, weathertech floor liners front and rear. Actually cabelas brand but same difference.

Did these fit well? I have a similar rig, but weather tech did not seem to have them specific to the 2014 2500.

Yes they fit excellent. If you want I might be able to take some pictures tomorrow morning of them. I honestly was hoping they would be like the old husky liners that my dad has because those hold everything in (michigan winter). Those have high sides and act like a bowl to retain water. The weathertech have nothing like that but it looks like they cover enough whatever melts should run out the door though.

How are you liking the truck so far?

I love driving it. I will admit I wish I had the 8 speed with 4.10's, just because I know the 8 speed in my 1500 made it feel like a rocket from a stop. I know I bought a 2500 but I do wish it did get better mileage. If I can average 14 even I would be happy. Per Fuelly that has happened once so far, but I am averaging close to 14 so all in all I'm good. I did notice a 1 mpg drop so far between the switch to winter fuel and lower temperatures. My biggest complaint is not having the money to do what I want to it, my 3 month old is sucking all of my truck money away. I'm waiting for the 3.5" magnaflow to go on sale on Amazon and I'm still trying to decide if I want to go to an aftermarket drop in air filter or wait for a cold air intake to come out for the 6.4. I will say that the fact you have to run 80 psi in the rear tires at all times is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. They allow the tech to adjust it St the dealership but it does nothing, it will just flash inflate tires to xx pounds even if they are at xx pounds. So I'm waiting for bullydog to release tuning for the 6.4 so I can change that as Diablosport has no interest in allowing you to change the thresholds.
All in all minus a few quirks the is the best vehicle I have ever owned, I just wish I could use it how it is supposed to be used now instead of a couple years down the road.

Glad to hear you like it! I agree with the tires and psi bug. Mine has the TPMS light on all the time. I thought about regearing mine to the max that the front axle will allow at 4.56 since it is a chrysler 9.25. If it weren't an issue id go for 4.88's.

There is no such thing as a 11.75". For the record 14 bolt is kind of a useless reference anymore because there are now 4 different "14 bolt" axles. The 2500 and 3500 srw gets the 9.25 front 11.5 rear. The 3500 dry gets the 11.8" rear end.

yes that makes sense you were talking about the front axle yay reading skills!!..i looked up the aam axle but it was for the 11.5 but they only refered to one as "14 bolt" for that size..but they dont say if the aftermarket gears are specially for ram 2500 just what aam axle they fit..

Off roaders have been using 14 bolt axles for years, which is the gm 10.5, when someone says 14 bolt that is generally the axle they are referring to.

You can get up to 4.56's for the 9.25 and 11.5. If you want to go higher a new carrier is needed because the thickness of the ring gear is different above 4.56.

Yes I was referring to the front axle. The 4.56's would put me back really close to stock, but whats wrong with a little more umph! haha
