Did you end up finding someone. I am looking to replace mine before the misfire. I am trying to decide on which parts. it looks like johnson has good lifters.

I'm with you on this adventure @jonhimes ... so far in my research I would go with Hellcat lifters but the cam part I'm still working on but have narrowed it down to the Mopar cam that is in the 4500 gas engine (non MDS) or a custom grind from an aftermarket and that's the part that has me deep into research.

Will that 4500 cam fit in the 5.7? Have you looked at the Comp2 cams? For me I'm worried about bulletproofing the engine and maybe adding more torque in the towing range but really need something I don't have to worry about.

I'm in Canada so can't help you with a shop but Mopar hellcat lifters and a cam from Comp or some others. The problem with finding a cam for a truck is not easy in this world of go fast cars, every where I look the cams are for muscle cars. Example: 6.4 in cars has 286° of intake, 288° with .571 intake lift and .536 exhaust lift ... In the truck it's 215° intake, 221° exhaust with .574 intake lift and .541 exhaust lift. Big difference in power and how the power is delivered so I'm looking for a cam that's VVT non MDS and closer to the truck cam. Right now the only way to go from my point of view is with a costume grind.

I'm pretty sure it will but look into programming it first, you will lose some HP but gain huge torque

Torque is exactly what I need. This is for a tow vehicle that tows a 38ft travel trailer. I have also added a lot of weight to the truck because it is a search and rescue truck. The reason I'm doing the cam and lifters is the high idle times keeping my K9 in the truck with the AC on.

Az resident here. Have also been wondering who does good work near Phoenix for future bullet proof 6.4, if mine goes bad.
I did some internet browsing and reviews, and found these. I have no personal connection with any. There are more than these all had great reviews.
https://reinarebuilds.com/ had almost all good reviews
https://prestigeenginesandmachine.com/ 28 years family business good reviews
Beck Racing Engines 2639 N 33rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ not a link, had great custom build reviews
