Give the impression that some connector or wire somewhere may have got damaged or not reconnected once the job was finished. If that is the case, it could a secondary cause of all the other codes too, as most of the time multiple systems share a common power feed.

It sounds like your battery isn't being charged, and is now low enough that the electronics don't want to work right. Either you have a bad battery, bad alternator, or something is disconnected/damaged.

First, is you battery good? How old? What is the voltage at the battery when the engine is idling?

Now, assuming you've load tested your battery and it's good. AND you've checked the voltage while idling and you have 14ish or more volts,

Look at a wiring diagram and determine where the harness and connectors are that contain the alternator sensing circuit. Then check the alternator connectors and every connector between the alternator and pcm on the sense circuit. If you don't see any obvious problems, use a multimeter and check for continuity on the sense circuit between the alternator and PCM connector. Be careful not do damage the PCM connector pins when probing them (i like to use wire penetrating probes).

If all of that sounds like something Mr. Scott would say on an episode of star trek, then call your local Ram dealer and make an appointment.
