New Guy from Cali !

Hows it going everyone I just joined the forum after poking around the net and i figured id join

The truck came from my dad when i moved back to cali , its a 1999 1500 4x4 with the 5.9 (360) auto trans. Its got a bunch of hand me down parts i bought online. Front suspension consists of some DT Pro Fab 1/2" longer control arms, Thuren 3" coils, Synergy steering brace, DOR track bar conversion, Carli 2.5" King pintop shocks, Boogie rated bumpstops and stock steering . Rear suspension uses some parts off a DOR shackle flip kit and the same Carli 2.5" King pintop shocks and some soon to be installed Atlas leaf springs !

The way it was when i picked it up, full on grandpa truck !

As it sits now !

Im going to be selling the front bumper and lights in the next month or two to make way for the new one im having made !!

Tires are Cooper STT pro 37x12.50R17

Well the leafs showed up the other day , just need to wait till this weekend to get them installed. They are Atlas suspension stock lift fully progressive set.

Also took the time to trim the bedsides to better clear the 37's

Are you norcal or Socal? Some of your pics look socal but the PattonFAB sticker makes me wonder if your around the bay area?

2nd Gen looks sweet too... great list O parts

Edit and is that a Camaro in the garage.... cant tell kinda looks like a maro valance but a road runner grill?

I live in the bay area but im building my truck to run in the desert more so than crawling. Yeah PattonFab did alot of the work on my truck , custom rear bumper as well as the front axle truss and ill be picking up one of his 2nd gen front bumpers soon ! The car in the garage is a '68 Pontiac GTO .
