Just bought my first Cummins and my first post emissions diesel. I've had a Duramax and a Powerstroke that were 06 and 05 models. My new one is a '17. Anyone have any advice on keeping it running great and problem free?

Welcome to RamForum.

Follow the mfgrs recommendations on lube, oil, filter services plus DO NOT ignore the fuel filters. You might want to consider doing a fuel & water filter separator system.

Should I stay with OEM or is there better aftermarket products? I'm still under warranty so I don't want to jeopardize that.

Congratulations on the Cummins and hope it treats you well. Welcome to the Ram Forum; there is a lot to go through within the forum and you'll get a lot of good advice from many good folks. So, get comfortable and start searchin'.
