New here with 96 with horrible wobble in steering tilt joint.

I have a 96 with a horrible wobble in tilt steering joint. Can anyone point me in the direction of discussion on this? Looks to me like I'm going to need a new joint and electrical collar that connects power to airbag, horn and cruise.

Check youtube. Several people with a semi-permanent repair using epoxy and zip ties.
