New here, with an LED tail light issue

Thanks for the add. I have a 2019 Ram 1500. I got a dash notice my left turn signal was out. When I checked it the turn signal was working but the tail light and brake light were out. Since then the signal has gone out too. I did find water in the assembly and not sure how to unplug the harness (afraid to use too much manly muscle) ok truth is I can’t get a good grip on it. Thanks for any help.
