New member with a new truck

HI guys just bought this truck last Fri and starting some upgrades. Putting in a new Kenwood amp and speakers as the factory stereo is junk. Going to put in a cold air intake the also do the mod to the hood as well. Any other ideas of what to do? Going to change out the lights for LED but not a rush on that
