New member. I breathe dodge, and have for my whole life. I know second gen rams pretty well. My truck is....
01 ram sport 4x4 quad cab 360 mag
Has the following
Hughes plate
New heads
New trans
New trans cooler
Cai
Modded throttle body
2.5 no cat with a glass pack (I have kids)
Eaton trutrax limited slip
It currently gets miles to the qt of oil and blows fire due to bad injector. I have the vid.
I plan on redoing the front end as I was recently in a wreck. I'm looking at projector halo headlights. I was told that the h7 Nd 9005 halogens couldn't be converted to led due to the bulb size (I find this hard to believe for drop in bulbs. How ever after some YouTube I believe that led isn't the way to go in projectors so now I'm exploring hid options.
What I've learned vs what I need to know is as follows.
1 do I need the anti flicker deals to make them work on a 01?
2 being a sport would h7 hid in 35w 5k be good for lo with a 55w 6k as my high. I'd like opinions on this. Please and thanks.
