Well, its been a whole 3 weeks since I changed my wheels, and Nitto just released their Ridge Grapplers in a 13.50 width, so I had to change things up again. I decided to go with the Raceline Defender 17x9's with Nitto Ridge Grappler 37x13.50x17's. These are much quieter and more comfortable than the old Toyo MT's were. I'm also getting 3-4mpg more now than I was with the Toyo's which is not something I wasnt expecting. I'm very happy with the new setup.

Looks great! I'm really curious as to why the increased mileage though...less weight? Odd...but a good outcome!

Yup, his old Toyo's were 93lbs/ea, plus reduced rolling resistance going from a MT to a hybird.

To put that in perspective, that Toyo MT is only 7lbs less than my new 35" tire/wheel combo.

I literally reloaded my custom tuning thinking that maybe the EVIC was reading incorrect, but I am now seeing 18-19mpg at 70mph where I was lucky to see 13-14MPG on the Toyos.

Nice 37's and 17's. Iam running them in 37's also just 12.50 for the fact the Methods are 8.5 wide. I love them they are so smooth and can't even really hear them.

Awesome feedback. I've had the itch to jump to 37's a few months after having 35's. Have you regeared your truck yet??

Let us know how the truck rides going across Lo. and those expansion joints on I-10. :) Truck looks really good--the paint really pops after that coating.

I currently have the 35x12.50 Nitto Trail Grapplers on 20x9s. Would the 35” version of your tire fit my wheels? Also would I see a fuel increase. Typlical I got 12-13 MPG.

Would the Toyo RT be comparable to these in gas mileage? It's a cross between a mud and all terrain.
