Looks great so far, do the morimoto's last a good bit? It would suck to go through that all over again changing it out

The projectors should have an indefinite life. The only wear item is the high beam shutter.
The bulbs are long lasted, and easily replaced.

I've had 1 come back.

1.........the inner chrome pealed after a year.

I've done probably 300 sets (I dunno, I've done a freakin' lot)

No clear coat.... just rattle can paint from Home Depot. I have some paint experience from my past life, so that helps I suppose. But I did three light coats, with a good 4th coat.

Yes.... but have you ever held your headlight? That thing is a LOT bigger than you would expect!

Will have to get butyl during the week, so will not be assembled for a couple days.
