New radiator install

I just installed a new radiator from extreme diesel. As I was looking everything over making sure everything was secure I noticed that the lower part of radiator moves back and forth. Is this normal? Didn't verify when removing old one.

Might wanna ask in the proper section - this is for 5th gens, which is 2019-present. Your signature says 2012 so I think you're 4th gen.
