LOL!! Nice!!
It's just on most auto forums, the specified vehicle will have a higher percentage of "performance" oriented users, so hence the "Hemi" love. But the fact is that all the brands (Ram, GM, Ford, Toyota, Nissan) all offer V6 engine options that are in fact usually the best choice for most buyers. Think of it, trucks today are just cars with big trunks, so much has changed, they are family cars today. With the huge numbers of trucks being sold and on the road, and the number of members on just this forum for example, we represent such a small fraction of Ram owners out there. The V6 engines of all the brands represent what is the best choice, unless towing some decent weights regularly or work or play are your uses for the truck. The V6's today have the power that V8's had just 10 years ago, but get such fantastic fuel mileage.
Be happy with your choice and proud of your Ram, it gets love on this forum and is just as much part of the family as every other engine configuration. We all love our Rams!!!:favorites13:!!!

I have to agree. Stepping from my 99 sport 5.2L to my 14 Express 3.6L was easy. I actually was only looking at v6, 8-speeds for my next truck. The 3.6/8-speed combo is amazing and I finally have a 4x4 truck.

You're gonna love your truck!
