I have a 2017 big horn I have been looking into swapping for higher end Laramie or longhorn seats for a while I have came across a set on Facebook that I’m looking to buy my question is I have heated seats for both the front two seats but only the driver seat is powered are there plugs on the passenger side that would be able to power the new seat or is the only way it would work be running new wires?

Are you saying that you currently have heated seats in the passenger too but no power? If so, all you would need for power is a 12v constant from the battery to the seat harness. @Mprgrimm2 might be able to assist further with knowledge and/or selling you a custom harness for the new seats. I "think" I remember him making something for this but I may be mistaken...he's on vacation right now but his website says he'll return on the 13th.

It should be plug and play, I’ve seen people do this before and it seems pretty simple. As long as the harnesses are giving power to the seat then you should be all good with powered seats.

I know that the base model seats and the higher trim model seats use the exact same harnesses, so no need to worry about wiring anything.

It depends on what wires you have in the truck side connectors under your driver's and passenger seat.

In most cases, you will need to have the 8.4 radio to support the seat upgrade if you don't already have it.

I can make the needed harness set if missing and get things started once I get back in town.
