New shocks

Everything came in. Roncho 1.75 quick lift and xl9000 shocks. New oem springs for the rear. Dropping off tomorrow. Ride height is front 32" and rear 34" measured from the bottom lip of rim to fender. Let's see what it will be tomorrow.

I will. All I have to do is drive the kids to school. These nyc roads are horrible. Haven't seen so many craters in the road.

Oh I think we have you beat, lol. petaluma pot holes\

We are known for some cool things like arm wrestling and ugly dogs, but unfortunately the pot hole capital gets thrown around a lot too. Coil spacers were killing me ride, took those off it was so harsh over pot holes.

Now ur gonna have to look at KFC signs everyday. Lol potholes suck big time.

Actually it was chalk not paint, and they only put it on one of the fixed pot holes near the KFC. Anyhow, it was a nice gesture, but 3g didn't put a dent in the potholes around our country roads. We are a small town but with a lot of rural area, there just isn't money. I guess we aren't getting Obama money to fix them either. I think people themselves are going to have to fix the holes in front of their own houses.

That sucks. It doesn't matter about money sometimes. My mil lives in a expensive neighborhood and her roads are ****. All the taxes she pays and it's like a land mine went off in front of her house. Politicians should all die. Lying ******** all of them.

Dropped the truck off this morning. Just got it back. Ride is 1000 times better. I measured I'm at 34" in the front and 341/4 in the rear.

Dude that's awesome. The standard shocks on these trucks don't feel right to me, and I'm soo happy I upgraded to bilstein 5100. Ranchos are just as good.

How is the ride? My standard shocks was just very bouncy and when I drove around corners with any kind of speed, I felt like I was tipping too much to either side. With the new shocks, it's more stiff and just handles better over all around corners and bumps.

This is my second set of ranchos and I will continue to use them. Great product and the coil is properly rated!
5100s left a bad taste in my mouth. Broke the welds on the mount twice on two different sets before I gave up on them. Was a common issue apparently.
