I bought these to replace my retroshop lights but since the truck and the lights are sold hell I dont need them .

Brand new in box ,, opened for pics . Bought from autozensation without bulbs for $99

very interested, do i need ballasts to run the bulbs? I'm trying to get new tires before winter so my money situation is tight. might be a few days but very interested
