New steering rack, now this?

2016 Ram 1500 CC Sport. Went in for a creaky front end. Got new upper strut mounts, upper control arms, spring cups and isolators. Still didn’t fix it. Dealer determined a bad inner tie rod which required steering rack replacement. All under warranty. Got the truck back and now I have this.....



It goes back tomorrow. Thoughts?

WOW, something is not aligned, set up properly. Maybe the electronic steering system faulty??? Just guessing...That's creepy.....

And that is mild. If I hit a bump it is way worse. Damn near put me into the jersey barrier on the highway yesterday.

For the US friends, there's a well known store in Canada called Canadian tire with what used to be very sketchy service (now they actually have a sign that says all work is done by a certified mechanic. duh). Anyway, back when i was in high school in 79 I had 2 buddies who worked there doing tire and oil changes. I wouldn't have trusted them to thread a nut. probably spent more time goofing off. anyway...they have an oil change to do on their first dualie. It was a regular 1 post lift they put it on and didn't understand weight distribution. lift the truck, yackkng away...crash!!!! dumped it off the back of the lift. dummies.

Any update, go back and get repaired? ANY report on what was wrong, LIKE not connected?????

So after they inspected it and couldn’t find anything obviously loose or misaligned, and 3 days later....they replaced the rack again. Said maybe they got a bad one?!? Just happy to have my truck back and functional again
