new to hids having problems

Got my kit from jj installed them went for a drive tonight. The problem is its like there top cut off point is a car length in front of me and upside down getting lighter towards the truck. Everythings installed right back in place. It's the h13 kit are they side specific. I haven't reaimed the lights the Chevy I did before wasn't like this

Everythings factory other than a hid kit
I'm wanting to ask before I go moving the lights around

Sounds like a possible bulb seating issue. Or defective base on the bulb.

I do not have a picture I'll get one tonight. It's all most like the bulb to upside down or like there pointed at the ground. I did move the serings at all

These are the pictures yall asked for thanks. The first one is two car links away. The second is 1 1/2 cars away on low beam. On high the lights do come up
