Welcome aboard! With the RT package you have a nice start!
Many mods have questionable benefits. Some, like simply changing your muffler, make a big change for a reasonable price. (the piping is already adequate size and is SS)

Im new too. From what Ive heard, it shouldnt take much "bolt ons" to get you/I close to 500 horsepower. Ive recently got a 2012 4x4 hemi and Ive tinted the windows and added a 2.5 inch lift to the front. Engine stuff I want next (from reading here are) Catch Can (keeps unused oil/gas from injectors, Vararam Cold Air Intake (looks great and gets fresh air into the motor), Synthetic oil (Redline), Headers, mufflers, new plugs, 35 inch tires, 1/4 inch spacers, 87mm Throttle Body (injector), a tuner, etc......I am taking donations for the above listed of course. :p

Welcome to the forum. It's like CDN Ram said, all depends on how much you want to spend, and how comfortable you are with making the mods. Many will impact warranty, some won't. They can range from inexpensive CAI's, mufflers, etc, which will make little impact, up to super chargers or turbos for large gains, but expensive.
The tuner is a good option for performance, but could be a warranty concern.
Once you do some reading here in forums, you will start to get more ideas and what it takes.
Good luck, and post some pics of the new ride.

Check out my R/T build, why did you go with K&N? Here's my list first to last.
Catch can
87mm TB
Vararam All from Moe's
Mufflex delete
Reso delete
2/4 belltech drop with Spohn adjustable pan hard bar and Hellwig sway bar.
Drilled and slotted rotors
Green stuff 7000 pads

The drop, pads, sway bar and DS where also bought from Moe's

I went with the k&n cause I have a friend that has it and it just sounds nice.. Also it added like 14 hp to his truck

I had a catch can on my previous ram I need to order one for this one and I ordered the diablo tuner
