New wheels and tires

Getting new wheels and tires soon. Fuel Triton, 20x9 one piece with 1. off set. BF Goodrich Advantage T/A sport LT, 275-60-20. Do not like a lot of billboard on side wall and all highway driving, I’m old, lol. Truck height is stock with possible front leveling shocks. Any thoughts.
