I've seen 1/4" somewhere I think.. check out motorsport-tech.com. they make custom pieces if you can't find any

thanks! I ordered a set thru them.
When I was doing the brake swap I noticed that the tires slightly rub against the sway bar.

Hello everyone!. I had not updated in a while as i was waiting for the truck to be tuned before posting anything else. Well, it is not going to happen as planned. I was supposed to meet with my tuner this Friday, but he has something going on and we wont be able to do it this week. I am a little disappointed but whatever, we are working on rescheduling maybe for next week.
I can say though that i finished the pcv system. One part works just like stock (under vacuum ) except for having the catch can and a check valve. The other half for which I added a couple of pictures, would work under boost and it consists of a line coming from the oil filler neck to a small oil separator then going to the turbos.
Another thing, i am driving to PA this week to get a set of really nice SRT10 seats from a guy that is parting out a truck. They are black and i think it will improve the interior a lot!
I am also looking for suggestions. This is not performance oriented, but i will ask anyways, i want to paint the calipets, but i am not sure what color to go with. What color do you think would look good? I have thought of dark grey or same color as the body (go mango) or maybe black? Any suggestions? Anyways here are the pcv lines to the turbos

I'd go with either Go Mango or black. If your truck was like black, I'd suggest maybe yellow or plum crazy purple to have a different pop of color, but since your whole truck IS a pop of color, I wouldn't do anything crazy.

I ordered a custom set of hubcentric and wheelcentric, 10mm thick and they came up to $40ea.

That's a good price! I used their tool to price them out and it said $180 for a full set of 10mm ones. I Like 40 a piece haha

The SRT10 seats went in and it made a huge difference in the looks and feel department! I will get in touch with a guy on Tuesday to see if he can redo the head rest and replace the SRT10 logo with the Daytona logo. I am thinking spelling the "Daytona" logo with 2 "t" (twin turbo). I will see what i can come up with.
I also took the opportunity and cleaned the truck, this thing had not seen a vacuum or soap and water since i started the build! LOL
As for tuning, i am in communication with AJ and we are trying to arrange something for this coming Thursday (fingers crossed) anyways here are a few pics

I love it, wish I could do SRT10 seats in mine, I need the better bolsters for cornering.

numbers are in: 420whp & 410wtq, the truck was making 9 psi with a 7psi wastegate spring.
I am pretty happy considering that everything, but the rear end, is stock.
I told AJ not to take it anywhere near the edge as I still need to know what I am going to do transmission wise. He said that he believes there are a good 80-90whp left on the table, but that it would not be wise to run that much power thru the stock tranny, from the little I know about the trucks, I would say that I agree with him LOL!
Here is a video clip. You can actually tell how quiet the truck is ;-)

I had searched and found some youtube dyno videos, the only stock QC, 4x4 I found put down 260whp. Others NA trucks that had work done were putting down from 280-305whp

I could not tell you how much mine was putting down as I never dyno'd it when stock

I am in the process of installing an electric fan. I bought a junkyard Lincoln mark viii cooling fan, an 85amp solenoid (this fans draw a lot of amp upon start up) and will have the Aeroforce gauge control the fan. I made good progress today making moumting brackets for the fan. It is very simple, just an angle bracket on top riveted to the fan and bolted thru existing holes in the radiator. On the sides, 1 "L" bracket on each side of the fan so that it can rest on the same mounting ears just like stock.
I finished most of the wiring just need to hook up the posivite and ground wire going to the fan and that would complete the project. Hopefully i get to that tomorrow, although they are calling for rain all day :\

Max, looking great.. well done. I'll have to look at my Aeroforce gauge. I can set a alert on most any input, but I don't think I can do any external triggering.
