Hey, could you post up a few pics of the fuse box relocation you did. I'm in the process of moving mine and have an idea of how I'm going to do it but would like to have an idea of what others have done.

I did not really relocate it. I just clocked it 90degrees conterclockwise to gain more room. I will get you some pics tomorrow.

Same thing I'm doing, I'm curious about your brackets just for more ideas. I have an idea of what I'm going to do, but seeing what others have done is never a bad thing.

Here are the pics. I know the brackets look a little rough :D but the idea all along was to redo them in aluminum once spring time comes
Anyways, one side, is just an L bracket. The other side has a little more complex twist (nothing dificult at all) as i wanted to reuse the factory mounting points. 20160110_102314_zpsz5qmous6.jpg

Thanks for those pics. I think I'm going to just turn mine 90 degrees but leave the lid facing up; with the battery tray removed that open up a LOT of space.

Kurtis, I'm curious to see how yours ends up. I am considering throwing the Whipple 2.9 on mine form the cars/jeeps, and it will require me to run my intake on the driver side. Moving the fuse box will open up more space to run the intake inlet down to where the washer fluid bottle would be.

so I figured out the "red volt" flashing light issue. It ended up being a bad MAP sensor. WTH??!!! It was a brand new 2 bar, srt-4 map sensor. Did it go bad or is some sort of tuning needed to make those work? I thought they were plug and play, no?

the code I had was p0129 "barometric pressure too low"
put the old one back on, "red volt" went away. no more code

You will need to have the MAP sensor scaled to the new sensor output. Any tuner can do this, you just need to give the PCM off-key power but don't start the engine and this will give a voltage that the tuner will use to set the baro pressure. Once that is set then you can start tuning properly.

thanks for the info.
I had read somewhere that the MAP sensor (from the srt-4) would just plug and play. Wrong info, I guess. Thanks once again

It is technically plug and play, it just needs to be tuned for like any other mod; it just doesn't need an adapter like other MAP sensors.

I use the SRT4 2bar MAP sensor and it had to be scaled in my CMR tune to work.

hey Greg, why did you go to that MAP sensor? is it something I should consider for mine? I'm noticing from time to time in cooler weather that numbers go pretty lean and it falls on it's face when I get on it hard. I changed to a new map sensor which seemed to help but I could still see the numbers go lean.

Not much new. The snow has set me back a little. All i was able to do today was mount (not wired) the water/**** tank and pump. Everything will be black. The bracket, the tank, the pump. I dont want it to be visible once the hood is closed. Tomorrow i have to figure out the boost/vacuum signal situation, i need 8 ports!20160130_153741_zpsflmquy6e.jpg

By the way. There is a plastic vacuum hose that goes to an electronic valve that was originally mounted by the battery, i think it vents fuel vapors? Sorry, i do not know what it is called. Anyways. What do guys running boost do with that line? Is it ok if it sees boost? Do you put a one way check valve inline to it?
