I cannot see Ram putting out a 707hp truck. I could 'hope' they offer a 6.4 from the SRT line at 475hp as an option.... that would be sweet. Raptor is 450, so it seems a bit more possible IF they were to address the HP route.
Ram has kept VERY hushed on any redesign news. Very curious to see what new changes/additions/creations they come up with.

Unfortunately this is unconfirmed from my knowledge..

I agree, I could see 485hp R/T platform and a SRT-8 hellcat also but only in the RCSB platform to compete with the new Lighting for is looking to bring back.

I bet if they brought back the SRT-10 as the Hellcat it would sell. Alot of guys want performance based trucks. I wish they would produce a SRT-8 Ram-Runner

At least make the r/t package more than a stall and gears. I mean hell let's get a turbo or supercharger. Make it one a kind again.

Couldn't agree more... but the R/T package on the charger and challenger are nothing more fancy either.... its just a little performance and luxury grouping...
Hell a little R/T with the 392 would be awesome...

I read something on the internet a year ago that Ram was going to make a 500hp truck to compete with the Raptor

Truck Trend had an article about a Ram rcsb 1500 concept truck with a SRT 392 about 3 years ago. Since then -------------- nothing!

Hmm. If that is to be believed then it means a new truck should be released late this year. Usually those are by model year not calendar year.

If the redesign still includes that tacky ram grill and styling to match I will be ford and chevy shopping next time.

I'll be right there with you.

Iv been waiting on a re design and I'm going to keep my current ram and buy an r/t but only if it's a different design.

Biggest issue I have hear...even from Mopar website, is that they might get rid of the hem engine....but I'm not sure.

Hemi engine is the best engine out there, so I don't know what they would do it...maybe because twin turbos is more efficient. Those turbos aren't cheap so let's see what happens.

Really? Do they want to commit suicide? The HEMI is probably the biggest reason other than a Cummins to buy a RAM... Hopefully this is just rumor but why do those that run all the chrysler's products take a great platform and destroy it.. Its like they do it on purpose to destroy the company and not give the people a product they desire

On the bright side it would probably make the value of our trucks improve.
