No audio 8.4

Here’s a head scratcher to ponder…
My 2014 audio quit working, just audio.
All other functions work.
All buttons related to audio work. Verified by scan tool.
I swapped the head unit.
I swapped the amp.
I verified fuses and power at fuses. Including the hidden one passenger side under hood
At amp I get only 1.4volts at power lead

When I put 12v + to the red, it’ll make the speakers emit a slight sound like it’s powering up, that’s all, still no audio.
Contacts are pristine clean.
I’ve done all the resets and disconnects that can be done…
What am I missing?!?!?
My kingdom for a dodge that doesn’t have gremlins!

Did you ever get this issue solved I'm having similar issues
