2012 ram sport. I disconnected the battery so I could change some sensors, when I hooked the battery back up I had no electrical power the only light that works is under the hood. The steering wheel didn't lock and the ignition turns without the fob. The fob is also hard to get in and out now. Has anyone else run into this?

Everything mentioned above. Also dont rip the key out of the ignition you will break the WIN when the battery goes dead with the key in it gets stuck until you get power back.

You possibly shorted something with the sensor connection wires and when you hooked the battery up that shorted wire blew fuse(s). Have you checked the wiring around all the sensors you replaced to ensure there are no bad wiring. Also check for any tripped fuses, Since the engine bay light works you know there is power running to that circuit, but if the ignition isn't working that would tell me you tripped a fuse/breaker or fried something.
