No sound

I have a 2013 Laramie 1500 with the alpine system and all of sudden I have no sound. Everything turns on and the stations show up but no volume. I have read in some other posts that it is the Can-bus that turns the volume on. Is this something I can fix or dealer only?

Stupid question: Did U verify U did not hit a "mute" button. There is one on my dashboard, not know ref 2013. also, are all the sounds in the truck silent" Like seat belt, start up sounds, etc...

There is a factory amp in your truck. It may be the culprit.
