No start no fuel guage

Okay so I'm an idiot. Had major ac blower motor issues replaced the fan then found out about the ignition issue so testing the green wire for power and finding none I seperate the connector and tested a few of the other pins for power and while doing this I slip and short 2 pins small spark but now engine cranks but will not start fuel guage shows empty and DTE display is blank. Anyone know how bad I messed this up and what do I do to get it started again? Also checked all the fuses but dont hear the fuel pump run and no pressure in the fuel rail. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you blew the ASD fuse. Look in the driver side fuse box under the hood.

Thanks. Is it a relay or a fuse? all of my fuses check out okay haven't tested the relays yet.
