The engine turns over but will not start. I believe I have traced the problem down to a wire broken out of the c7 connector on the IPM. I am trying to find the pins so I can repair the connector. The dealer said he can get me the connector but he doesn't have the pins. Someone here must know the manufacture of the connector, then I can figure the rest out. https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-TiT7E_4dHf4/UiUcAjj0B8I/AAAAAAAABrg/RvhJ4kXaIE4/w155-h207-p-no/20130902_191145.jpg

Sourcing electrical parts is difficult as you have found out. Any chance of soldering the broken wire on to the broken pin? Or using a jumper wire? Maybe a salvage yard connector you can disassemble for bits and pieces. Ebay? Good luck

If you feel that you can do a decent job of soldering together wires, your best bet would be to go to a junk yard, cut off the connector that you need from a truck there 1 foot from the connector, then solder that connector to your existing wire harness. Like RedTruck said finding electrical connectors can be like pulling teeth from a newborn. I will check a few sites out that I know of but I cannot guarantee anything.

I feel your pain, I'm in the hunt for the connector that the "top engine harness" plugs into.
Maybe you can shift to an unused plug/socket in the IPM?

Ok this is what you do. Go to a salvage yard and just ask where they have the year trucks you are looking for. Then find one that the wire harness is still in. Cut the wires 1 foot from the connector and there you have it. Take it home then do a bit of soldering. Some of the you pick it salvage yards will have trucks with the harness still in them, just gotta find one.
