My truck has a hard time getting traction on a take off. Usually spins through 1st gear. I have the basic goodyear ls2 275/55r20. Before changing tires i was wondering what psi would be good too try to get some traction? Currently at 45-50psi.

Drop to 35 psi and see what the difference is. 45-50 is great for mileage but you will have less traction and the ride will be rougher.

Get rid of the LS2's...one of the first things I did and it made a noticeable difference. Those tires are ****. I used to spin all the time with them when I was bone stock.
