It's either priced as a loss leader ad or probably not much demand for a Crew Cab with 8' bed that's not a 4X4 and guessing the 5.7 (w/3.73).
Around here, you'll pay more for a 6.5' bed HD truck comapred to an equally equiped 8' bed truck.

Depends. Doubtful. They could say it was an error and I doubt youd make any head way with the owner, youd probably have to call the cops/the news/your mom, and you probably still wouldnt get it for the price.

They would NOT have to sell at that price. Just about every print ad has somewhere on the page (in SMALL print) that the dealership is not responsible for errors in an ad caused either by the media printing it or the dealer themselves. Even if this "boilerplate" language was missing from the ad I do not know of any State court that holds these ads as an out right "OFFER" of a binding contract. These types of ads are usually looked at by State courts as an invitation to enter into a contract.
