Normal operating temps?

E86068B6-E6C3-4063-8A7D-C58AB5A26270.jpeg So here’s a shot of my typical temps once I’m up to normal operating mode in my 2019 1500 Classic with the 5.7 Hemi. My last Ram was a 2014 1500 with the V6. That one ran with the tranny at 190-195 Coolant in low 200’s, but oil normally at or below tranny temp. Of course those numbers all skyrocketed if I was towing anything.

I definitely like the tranny temp on the V8, but wondered if it’s normal for the oil to run hotter than the coolant with this engine.

BTW, 5900 miles on this truck. Changed oil at 3000 miles and put in 5W20 synthetic blend.

Beautiful numbers. Trans can get up to 185 and temp even 212.

My 4.7 hits 201 oil & coolant.

only thing different is that my tranny barely hits 110F
