Just found a new issue today. Inch of water under my back seat after raining yesterday. It is never going to stop..........

Just had this fixed on my truck. Had the same issue with my '09. It is a simple fix but totally understand your frustration... Like you I have a good dealer to work with... some are not so lucky...

Ya my dealer is awesome. I just sent an email to Chrysler stating my frustration and disappointment. I doubt they will do anything but I wanted to get the ball rolling on the fight I may have moving forward.

I'd call and open up a file or something... get a person on the phone and start keeping track of who, when, what was said, etc etc... and I'd start calling about everything at this point

When it rains... it pours for you

Well... you are in Vancouver.

Suck that it's one issue after another. See what the dealer can work out. He's sounds like there's some effort on his part to help?

Dude you have my sympathies. I've been there and just got mine fixed again. Pcms ******** out, rear ends, electrical, driveline falling out, you name it. I know your pain and have been where you are. And given the history of my truck prolly will soon be again.

Good luck and don't let it make you lose your mind.

I bought an 89 s10 for 650 and have been driving the hell out of that little ******. 28 mpg, 5-spd. Ugly, slow and no power steering. But a damn good beater.

Buy a beater and drive it for a bit to get your mind off the ram.

Yes! I get my truck back tomorrow. Been at the dealership since December 9th with tranny problems. In my 5-6 weeks on foot. I bought a '73 big block. D200. Another project vehicle is a great distraction.

You have all of our sympathies. I hope you get it fixed up soon and can get back to trucking.

Sucks to hear all the issues. I don't really understand why they are having problems I feel my somewhat of a "risk" 2009 has not really had issues which I did not create or person doing repair did not create. 4.56 gears and rearend pinion seals have given me gray hair (not really) You would think since 2013 was mostly a refresh of proven design it would not be such an issue.

So the dealership told me today if I keep having issues they will give me a 14 with the same options for no extra cost regardless of the outcome with Chrysler. Pretty solid gesture if that is what the end result ends up being.

That is a nice offer... all dealerships should treat their customers that way... :bowroflwerd6:
