Can my OBDLink MX+ be used with ALFAOBD Program to connect to 2014 PROMASTER Van (3.0 Turbo Diesel) (which Alfaobd.com does NOT list for this Year & Type vehicle). Alfaobd site only lists OBDLINK CX, LX & SX).

I want to be able to diagnose problems with my Def Pump & Injector & be able to turn Def Pump ON Manually for testing. I believe pump is Not working.

Countdown mode is currently showing 180 miles left before I go into limp mode.

Thank you!

Pull the DEF injection nozzle out of the SCR, the end of it is probably crusted up. Clean it with hot water.
The OBDLink MX+ should work fine for use with AlfaOBD.

Thanks for your reply!
I have already pulled the Injector out & it looks clean as a whistle.
I also disconnected the hose connected to the Def Pump and No liquid comes out when van is running (is liquid always supposed to be flowing?).
Did this before I had the OBDLink & Alfaobd Software. Not sure where to look for the feature that allows me to turn the Def Pump on to see if pump is bad?

007Dave,
Checking in on this thread. Did you ever determine issue with DEF pump? Were you able to run the pump from the AlphaOBD software procedures? Appreciate the update

007 DAVE was only here briefly and hasn't been seen since November last year.

Michael, (RamDiver)

Thanks for the follow up. I'm currently awaiting my OBDlink LX model to complete the necessary components for running AlphsOBD procedures. From my understanding, the "login card" is a code needed when attempting to access the TPMS and Key code procedures. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlT0Jw1ZRHw for how to find it.

Hope to find cause for P20E8 DTC Reductant Pressure too Low

You're most welcome.

I've heard of that "login card" as a vehicle PIN code, but this must be Alexey's version.
On the older vehicles, AlfaOBD can reveal this code by connecting to the RF Hub module..
