Are their any direct drop ins or are they all gonna be high dollar like the ones offered on retroshop? Of course I want to do it right but if theirs a bulb I can just swap out that would be awesome.

I run Putco Ion Spark bulbs in my factory fogs. They are much brighter than the originals. I bought them from a local 4x4 shop here in Alberta but they are readily available online.

Could run a led set up. Might need alfa or canbus relay. Definitely a big difference from oem.
Thanks man but headlight bulbs popped up. Looking to replace my fogs with no relays. Just direct drop in
Halogen upgrade;
Fog Lamp - 9006 to 9012 - Trim one external ear of bulb mounting tabs.
Low Beam - H11 to H9 - Trim of an internal tab on light bulb electrical socket
High Beam - 9005 to 9011 - Trim one external ear of bulb mounting tabs.
I used the non ultra in my 2014 fogs, my wife's Altima headlights/fogs, and my father-in-law's 2012 RAM fogs. Great bulbs for the price so far!I still have the Hikari (non-Ultra) waiting to go into my truck. I wish the weather would cooperate.
Be aware there is a change in bulbs on the newer years (18-19). The 9006's that are posted above are not for the OP's 2016 truck. Those would be a 9145 like I posted earlier. Just clarifying so no one buys the wrong bulbs
