Well, I screwed myself taking a bad angle into a parking garage not paying attention and busted up my passenger side window. Now I need to replace it: glass and housing.

In the sea of random Chinese-made replacements, I'm not sure what's worthwhile.

Are the OEM replacements the way to go or is there something quality that's aftermarket?

IMO it just matters how much you want to spend. If you want to pay for the OEM quality, buy OEM. If you dont mind going aftermarket as it would be cheaper do so. If it were me I would do OEM for the one unless I am willing to buy two aftermarkets. I cant stand things that dont match. It only takes the most subtle detail for me to notice, for it to bother me.

The Trail Ridge brand mirrors from 1AAuto are, IMO, virtually indistinguishable from the OEM ones.

I agree. Purchased a set of Trail Ridge tow mirrors with puddle lights, memory, auto dim, turn signal, power adjust/tilt, and heated glass that I replaced OEM non-tow mirrors with the same features. A perfect match, and you can't tell they're aren't OEM. Delivery and packaging was top notch.
