Had my windshield replaced twice this week. First time they installed one without the humidity sensor mount and stuffed the sensor up in the headliner. Second windshield has the mount but like the first one I have around a 3/4” gap in between the rearview mirror cover and humidity sensor cover and headliner. The wires are visible and I never noticed this before. The windshield installed is #68195032AD which apparently was discontinued and replaced by 68195032AC and now the dealer tells me it’s this 68216926AA. Does anyone else have this gap or are my mounts too low on this windshield ? upload_2020-3-6_17-0-53.jpeg

Is that glass OEM Mopar glass from the dealer or an aftermarket glass? Take a picture of the "bug", that is, take a picture of the printing that is in the glass. Lower left, lower center or lower right bottom of the glass. Then post it in this thread please. Some aftermarket glass really is substandard.

If your truck has or doesn’t have that gap is what I’m asking. So far I know one person that has a 16 that doesn’t have any gap. His 1500 isn’t a Laramie tho and his rearview mirror is a different model then mine. I have the mics in my headliner his are in his mirror.
