Wondering if anyone knows if I should change the fog light settings on AlfaOBD to led for these replacements or just leave it alone? Or if it's okay to use the factory fog Harness and switch to run them they are 96watts a piece with a draw of about 8 amps.

Your post is kinda confusing. Are you currently running these, or looking to install them??

Wire them up, unless they’re insanely high drawing pods you shouldn’t have any issue. But there’s one way to find out, so see what happens.

And the only settings in alfaobd (such as led) would lower the output to the fogs, so in the unlikely event there’s a problem that wouldn’t help. You’d just need a relay.

They are 96 watts with a draw of 8 amps a piece as compared to a 65 watt H11 bulb at 5 amps which was in the original fog light. I'd like to use the factory harness and switch, but i guess there's no real way to know if the system can handel an extra 6 amps

The truck is plenty smart enough, it’ll cut power if it’s too much. Wire em up, it’ll probably be fine

It's a kit from Auxbeam. it's was like $250 for all 4 lights and brackets.
If this is the kit your referring to:
It's shows 80 watts per pair, so it's more like 6.2 amp per side although the 9006 bulbs that are what the factory fogs use are 4.4 amps.
Truthfully, not sure your going to want all four to light up at once. I would be inclined to have the yellow and white ones switched separately. Probably have the yellow as the fogs and white ones turn on with the high beams.
I have a set of DiodeDynamics SS3 Pro level fogs on my truck, those are 36 watts a piece and they're extremely bright. Don't think I've ever been in a situation that I was lacking light to see.

Already finished and wired up. I've got the 4 amber running off 2 of the supplied relays with one switch to activate, and the 2 white are run into the factory fog harness with a DT to H11 adaptor.

Only thing I have noticed is the fog lights blink like if you have led headlights Before switching the truck settings to LED on alfaobd. Other then that all works as it should.

Using AlfaOBD to switch the fog light setting to LED will disable the PWM signal used for the halogen bulbs. Pulse wave modulation with LEDs will often cause flickering or dropouts.
