I have 2014 bighorn I just got a 6in rc lift I also have 20x9 wheels with a -13mm offset [4.49in backspace] I have 35x12.5xr20 on them will this set up fit with the rough country lift?

Yes it will . I have 20x12 -44 on 37x12.5 tires
