so after installing my cc i checked it after about 3000 miles and it was full of foamy tan gunk. now with that said i did have a water pump going bad at the same time how offten do you dump your can ?

I dump around every 3k and don't have much in it running 0W40. The exception would be if I'm towing a bit, especially if I go north towards the hill country where we actually have some grades.

And the 6.4L Hemi is plumbed internally as well.

It is a shame that the 6.4 truck guys have to deal with that internal PCV. My 6.4 Challenger catches a ton when I go out and do something like the twisted sisters, but then again I'm pushing that car pretty hard when I'm out there having fun for hours.

^^^To RLK point. My 03 5.7 with 230k is showing "some" blow by. Once a month I remove the plenum cover and clean out the oil. Now,,,how much is till getting into my TB and intake valves. By finding a way to install a CC on the 03 system I "believe" I can divert that bow by to the CC. The air coming out of the CC should not have oil residue going into the TB. Will have to see if this will work.
Did you ever come up with a solution ?

I dump mine at different times based on what I'm doing with my truck . Only takes about 2mins &32seconds [emoji16]
For instance , if I'm about to go on a long trip I'll dump it prior to departure .

I know the Big Gas truck heads can be installed on the SRT motor when building for boost or a lot of spray so I suppose if the valve covers and intake were replaced with SRT parts it might work out. I haven't looked at the truck 6.4 package in a while to see if there are any major differences that stand out like sensor counts and SRV motor location. It would probably need a tune at a minimum depending on the intake manifold differences.

I did. UPR came out with a 02-05 CC. Had Nick get me one. I posted pics and comments in one of the other threads. Damn, can't remember if it was the synthetic oil thread or CC thread. Fitz
