dont see much wrong there, maybe oil needs changed a lil more often. But since the intake is off 1st open throttle blades and look inside, See all that oil residue within? Then flip over, and youll see a sheet metal plate bolted on witha bout 14 bolts. the gasket between them is most likely bad. Done buinches of them on 318/360 magnums.
#2 would be valve guide seals, about $20 + cost of a set of valve cover gaskets. can be replaced while heads still on engine as long as you have the spring compressor and an air compressor.
